Air Jordan 2 Retro White Black Varsity Red

We’ve seen a couple Air Jordan 2s so far in 2010. There was the White/Black/Varsity Red colorway, which was an original, and the Bin 23s 2s which were extremely limited. Well another Air Jordan 2 is getting ready to hit shelves around the nation. This Air Jordan II Retro QF comes in a University Blue/Black colorway.

This Saturday, May 22nd, 2010, Jordan Brand will release its third colorway of MJ’s second signature sneaker this year in the form of the Air Jordan 2 Retro  White/Black-Varsity Red for $135.

While the Air Jordan 2 Retro White/Natural Grey-Metallic Sliver didn’t garner a lot of attention and the “Bin 23″ Air Jordan 2 Retro was extremely limited, this original colorway of the Air Jordan 2 is expected to fly off of the shelves. If you recall, the Air Jordan 2 first released in 1986 and later retroed in 2004. The predominately white colored base is constructed of leather and faux lizard skin, specifically seen on the side panels. Multiple black and varsity red appear throughout the base and on the sole. Will you sleep on this release again or is this a must-have tomorrow?

The second Air Jordan 2 (II) Retro in White / Varsity Red / Black, but does not contain all the same features the first released has. For example, the Air Jordan 2 (II) Retro White / Varsity Red / Black contains Black pipping.
